"無人ロビーなので、出入りの際に気を使わなくてすんだのが思いのほか良かった。清潔さがあり、快適だった。(浴槽四隅に少しカビがあったが、あの程度ならカビ取り剤で落ちそうなのですぐ改善できそうだと思った) ベットが3つあり、大きさも申し分なく寝心地も良かった。ネトフリ等見放題だったので、子供たちが喜んでいた。洗面台が2つあり使い勝手が良かったが、左右に(壁とか間に)隙間があり、歯ブラシ等落ちていたし、実際使いづらく感じたので、隙間が無い方がいいと思った。洗面台が折角2つあるので、タオル掛けのバーも2つあれば尚使い勝手がよかった。玄関の照明が自動なので、玄関近くを通ると照明がついてしまい、眩しいのでオフに出来ればよかった。(手動スイッチの記載があったが、全く分からなかった。方法があるなら、分かりやすく記載して欲しい) 博多駅に近く料金も手頃なので、機会があればまた利用したい。"

"This is my second stay at ALFACIO RIVERSIDE STAY HAKATA and definitely, if I have to visit Fukuoka again and have the opportunity - I would choose this place to stay again. Clean, quiet, safe, offers all the amenities for a stay. Perfectly equipped and maintained. With a view of the river. Wide space. Ideal location in the center of Hakata. Close to Canal City and about 10-15 minutes walking distance from Hakata. This gives many options for shopping and dining. There is also a budget supermarket across the river and 24-hour shops nearby. There is also a subway stop nearby to Canal City, as well as buses within a short distance."

"Great hotel with an amazing location. Has a really fun atmosphere, with free happy hour drinks every evening, good music playing in the lobby, and a free Photo Booth. The room was comfortable, and as a bonus, the fan was really strong and I was able to hang dry my laundry in just a few hours. Only negative was that the room was quite dusty in spots, particularly beside the bed."

"I love their bathroom, the best one in Japan so far for me. The layout is just right. Water pressure is crazy good. The bedroom is quiet and has everything you need. They give you a new pajama everyday. Breakfast is awesome. Never get too crowded. I love their salad which is always fresh and grilled pork loin which is cooked in charcoal oven. Yummm. Public hot tub is a plus and I used it every night."
