The hotel contacted me via email on the day of check-in to inform me that my original room was unavailable due to a broken air conditioner. They offered a complimentary upgrade to another room, which I accepted. However, had I known that the room I was assigned was actually a downgrade from the one I originally booked, I would not have accepted their offer. Unfortunately, I only realized the room was a downgrade the day after check-in, making it too late to request a refund. Anyhow, the room was spacious and in good condition overall.

청결상태나 숙소 상태 전반적으로 모두 깔끔하고 좋았으나, 체크인 건물과 실제 숙소의 거리가 좀 멀어 불편함이있었는데, 더 안좋았던건 체크인다하고 숙소까지 걸어왔는데 숙소현관비밀번호를 다르게 알려주어 지나가는 현지인분한테 전화 좀 해달라 부탁해 그분께서 전화를 해줬는데 돌아오는 말은 우리가 직접전화하라는 말이였음,,소통이 어려워 지나가는 일본인께 부탁한거였는데,, 겨우겨우 기다리다 다행히도 다른 숙박인들이와서 들어갈때 물어봤더니 비밀번호를 다르게 적어준것을 알게됨. 그것빼곤 전반적으로 좋았음 화장실 깨끗해요

予約時にチェックインは他のホテルとなっておらずたまたま施設に電話して判明　車だったのでよかったのですが徒歩だとこの地域をしらないと20分近くかかると思います 部屋が広い割にエアコンが一つなのでなかなか部屋が温まらず寒かった エアコンの作動音が大きく消さないと眠れなかった 別途の横にテレビが有り、テレビを見ながら就寝出来ないのが残念 机の周りにUSBポートがあれば尚いいですね 次回福岡に行く際には当ホテルも候補の一つとして検討します

6명이 숙박할수 있는 레지던스 호텔로 복층식으로 되어 있고 시설이 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 숙박일수에 맞게 세제도 세탁기 주변에 비치되어 있고 욕실안이 건조 기능이 있어서 빨래를 말리는데 도움이 되었습니다. 하카타역도 도보로 10분 정도로 가까워서 좋았습니다. 다만 체크인 하는 장소가 별도로 있어서 10분 정도 걸어가야 됐는데 거기서 체크인 후에 다시 10분 정도를 걸어가야 하는 불편함이 있었습니다. 기존에 히로시마에서 묶었던 레지던스 호텔의 경우 대면 체크인 없이 우편함에서 열쇠를 받고 1층 비번을 받아서 들어가서 방에 있는 복사기를 이용 여권을 복사해서 정해진 함에 넣어주면 되는 식이라 편했는데. 이곳도 그런 방식을 고려해보면 정말 퍈할것 같습니다.

部屋はとても綺麗で、アメニティは豊富でした。ただチェックインと宿泊場所が少々離れていたのと、荷物預ける費用がかかったのが難点でした。それ以外は素晴らしかったです。

地方非常大，有煮食地方；又有洗衣機及露台方便曬衫 距離博多站步行約十分鐘，地點方便，晚上亦很安靜 唯部分設備有改善空間： 煮食器皿較舊、刀子亦不夠鋒利 以4-6人房間來說，沒有把沖涼間及坐廁分隔是比較失敗 但整體情況很不錯的
