Everything was relatively smooth and while the location was incredibly convenient, some of the hotel policies seemed quite strict or inflexible. Like early check in was equivalent to paying for another night’s stay for us and after traveling for 24+ hours, would have appreciated some exploration of options to make it work.

The pillow is too soft. I chose this hotel because there was in room washing and drying machine. It was so convenience for me to do the laundry. Since it was nearby the station, you will hear some noise. However, it didn't affect me to sleep.

Excellent stay close to Hakata station. Room is smaller than average for the price, but the in-room washer/dryer combo was excellent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was OK. Towels and hand towels were very small and low quality, however.

The room was nice and bigger than I had thought . Kind of disappointed no bottle water in the room. We had a room on second floor and next to the elevator where I could hear people talking while waiting for elevator Also I need to complain about the bathroom. It smelt so bad and strong which made me sick !! I believed it was from the drainage. Hope they would notice and do something about it
