"The staff was professional and friendly. The hotel is clean and well ventilated, our AC worked really well. We got a spacious "three adults" size room as advertised. I really like that they always had water bottles when you ask at the front desk so we all stayed hydrated all the time."

"Fantastic staff. Great hospitality. Their breakfast was excellent. Located in a historic neighborhood. 6 to 8 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. Lots of dinning and shopping options around. We were in Istanbul for just 3 days and couldn't have asked for a better location for a short trip."

"This hotel is really well situated, near all the main sites, with easy access to transit. The staff were lovely and very hospitable. We had an issue with the AC in our room the first night, and the staff immediately found a solution for us and put us in another room for the night, without the hassle of having to move our luggage and belongings over. The breakfast was first class; special shoutout to Mohammad who worked at the restaurant and was at our service for anything and everything we needed while we dined. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Istanbul."

"We had a great time. Excellent staff, very welcoming and the rooms were great. The staff even lent me money to tip the driver that dropped us off without hesitation (I pad her back of course), but I mean the hospitality was great! We didn’t get a chance to have breakfast but a couple of my family members did and said it was good. Rooms have the nice technology of digital signs at the door for housekeeping and do not disturb rather than the old door sign, nice! Very nice walkable distance to many places, so location was great! Highly recommend and will come back again! "

"People in the hotel, including front desk receptionists, house keepers and its restaurant waiters, are all friendly, nice and accessible. We checked out at 3 am and surprised to find the receptionist and concierge were there. The concierge even accompanied us to the Uber taxi that we reserved earlier. We felt we were protected. "
