"Easy quick check in. Clean room. There was a nice evening meal of pulled pork sandwiches, salad, chips, cookies and lemonade. It was so nice to not have to go out after a day of travel and work! Breakfast was good too. Eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, fruits a d yogurt. The lady working the breakfast was constantly on the move, keeping the food fresh, tables cleaned and people running through smoothly! "

"I enjoyed my stay at this location. I am a low maintenance person so I am not expecting much except for the bare necessities. The bed was comfortable enough for a three-day stay and there were enough towels and bath supplies as well. The bathtub wasn’t totally clean but definitely made great use of course. Water was hot and did not run cold for a long time. Only issue besides the bathtub wasn’t that my keys stopped working whenever I left the property which was every day, Overall a nice experience in a nice location as well. Oh and breakfast was provided too and it was great as well!"

The hotel is beautifully designed, and every detail of the décor makes it feel unique, cozy, and full of character. We loved how the rooms reflected the local college-town charm while still feeling stylish and comfortable. One of our favorite touches was the room key; it wasn’t just a standard hotel key card, but a fun keepsake that perfectly matched the hotel’s personality. It’s the little details like that that make this place so memorable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Iowa City!"

"Would have loved to stay a few days and explore more. We stopped overnight during a roadtrip for a great price on Expedia with a river view room. Very clean hotel and rooms. The only exception was the shower curtain was not up to par for Hyatt Hotels. I forgot to take a photo but it was clearly used a lot and not cleaned thoroughly with a few red mildew spots on it. The gym was excellent, equipped Peloton of course! Be I enjoyed using the machines. Very clean, spacious, and organized gym! All in all we loved it and added it to our list of spots during our annual road trip!"
