We stayed there a week and had no real issues, We were on the 3rd floor and the room was clean, the beds comfortable and bedding/towels were serviced when we requested. Breakfast was normal hotel fare and again, no issues. Easy access to the Coralville strip and lots of food options. We would stay here again and the prices were reasonable for the area.

Holes in wall, items had fallen behind night stand were covered in dust, shower was stained, the coating was peeling on the bath tub, stains on walls, handicap railings, and floor. The room was in need of a deep clean on all surfaces and it had a very dusty/musty odor. The lobby had nice decor but someone must've gotten sick as it smelled like vomit when we left. A redeeming fact was he staff was friendly.

Easy on/off the freeway, clean room and helpful staff. The parking lot was very crowded and there were many construction trucks parked in the lot so had those not been there, it would have been much roomier and accessible.

I was disappointed to see how poorly the room was maintained: peeling bathtub bottom, poor caulking around the tub and walls, an empty body wash container, and the beer cans/food my daughter found under the beds, but the sheets were clean and the room didn’t smell. When I told the staff at checkout about what we found, he was polite, but didn’t seem to care or be surprised. It was a disappointing stay. We won’t go back to this location.
