I was in town to see a family member, and there happened to be the Savannah Bananas and a jazz festival in town. This hotel did *insane* price gouging and it was NOT worth $500 to stay. The bathrooms had scratches on the tub and stains, and the rooms were a bit dated. The property itself was nice and cared for well, check-in was a breeze, and I slept fine enough. Breakfast was nice, but the morning hotel staff were, apparently, not morning people. There were many of us ready to check out and the woman disappeared from behind the counter and when she finally came back, it was with the rudest sigh, like "ugh you people are still here?!" Breakfast was great- hot dishes that rotate and a nice amount of space for families to spread out. Breakfast staff was not great at re-stocking things, and so people kept having to ask staff for more milk cartons, forks, etc. And again, seemed it was an inconvenience to staff. Not worth the money. If you're going to Coralville / Iowa City area, I recommend the Graduate, or any simple Holiday Inn Express is good.

Room was very clean and hotel was pet-friendly. We were put in a handicap room which was a little strange but it was easy in and out for the poodles so not really a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

I order 2 queen beds and when i walked into the room it had one king bed and a pullout couch/ bed. We stayed in the room it was fine. But then around 10 somone knocked on the door and they were given the room we were in. After a short conversation the issue was fixed. The front desked called the room and apologized alot of times . This i am sure was a one time issue and not typical. The room was great the place was nice and clean. The people i talked with were all pleasant.
