"We had a lovely stay here, would definitely recommend! Room was great and breakfast was probably the best breakfast buffet we’ve had in a hotel. Great location just a short bus ride or Uber from Old Town but lots of nice restaurants in walking distance from the hotel too plus some beach clubs not far away. There’s a big pool with lots of sun beds, for any couples like us who want a more adults only feel the sister hotel up the road has a pool that we were allowed to use which had fewer children. We had the best time and would definitely stay here again - thank you to all the friendly and welcoming staff!"

"Hallways are dated and need maintenance but the rest of the hotel was excellent. I think the hallways to the room need to be well kept as the lobby and other common areas. Everything else was excellent! Second time here and would come back. "

"Our stay at Valamar Lacroma was delightful! We informed them we were on our honeymoon and they upgraded our room to a stunning Suite, such a thoughtful gesture! We especially loved every staff member we met, their service was top tier. We especially want to give a shout out to Dubravka and Hrvoje at the front desk who helped us with a very complicated issue and spent quite some time translating for us! We also got great recommendations and service from Dominik and Marin! Also have to mention breakfast, loved the selections! One side note, you do have to walk pretty far for the beach. We definitely wished that there was a more private beach option we could use with lounge chairs that you don't have to pay for. "
