Beautiful resort that felt like a small town. The views were amazing and loved the beach and pools. It was super easy to get to Old Town Dubrovnik by the local bus. We loved our stay and would definitely go again.

This was our fourth trip to Sun Gardens and it never disappoints. The service is impeccable, nothing was too much trouble. The grounds are lovely and it is an oasis of calm, with its own beach and choice of pools. Some excellent food choices available at the on site restaurants. Would highly recommend as a base to stay that is calm and relaxing away from the Old town, that is only a short bus, uber or boat ride away.

We stayed in the club level. Nice rooms drinks from 11 to 11 spa was very nice and the private day tours they have available at the resort into Montenegro, Bosnia, to Split, etc. or very nice only a 20 minute ride to old town Dubrovnik would stay again.

We had an amazing stay. The pool areas are lovely and the view is amazing. Our 1 bed apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a huge balcony overlooking the sea. We had a great time. We explored La Pasta and The Market restaurants, both which served very nice food, although quite expensive but to be expected at a 5* hotel. The staff were so nice and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful beach area and property. It is further out so harder to get to Old Town. Room we stayed in was huge with gorgeous double balcony with lounge and dining area, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. Space is perfect for a family. The room itself needs some updating. It was nice enough but not as nice as hotels closer to old town. The spa was nice but there were 2 sections closed for repair and the showers didn’t work.

Much improved… visited 2022 and was disappointed with the club breakfast, poor food and beverage options there and slightly tired space. This has been revamped and is now worthy of a 5* hotel. Breakfast choices excellent this time in the club, improved quality and options! Proper, fresh orange juice not diluted. The rooms are the same and very clean but starting to feel a little tired so could do with a refresh. Staff friendly and pleasant but communication surrounding pool closures is poor. Lots of closures due to events and there are others but a bit of notice would be good. Concierge not massively helpful or knowledgeable. Felt we knew more about the area and restaurants than they did! Really need to improve recommendations. Also they could do with updating their towels - grey and not fluffy. Last time was unsure if would revisit and visited this time on a whim but would definitely return.
