"Spacious room with outstanding cleanliness, quiet and comfort. Sadly, not possible to use any of the spa facilities (pool, sauna) without purchasing a treatment and while I really did want a massage, the timings of treatments just couldn’t fit my schedule."

"Really nice hotel in the country. It is situated right next to a lake which is beautiful. We had a lake view room which was amazing. The bathroom shower head and tap were not that good and they splashed water everywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location too. Breakfast was very good."

"Booked the stay last minute for the Jazz Festival,and so glad we chose Malmaison. Alex at the front desk was fantastic,friendly and very welcoming and we were also able to park in the underground garage. We stayed in a Club deluxe room which was amazing,overall couldn’t fault anything,this hotel will now be our go to hotel in Cheltenham."

"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean and had everything you need. We felt that prices were a little high for some of the food,as it was not value for money. Would definitely recommend staying here. The grounds are beautiful and lovely walks along the canal bank"
