"The room was clean and the staff were lovely but the hotel felt in need of an upgrade. The table in the room was covered in cup rings that could not be removed. The walls had scuff marks, the shower lacked power and was pretty useless and the AC did not cool the room. I had to request toilet roll for my second day as this was not replenished when the room was made."

"The room was very clean however I felt a few things lacking. There was no bin or mirror in actual room just in bathroom which was an issue if someone was using the bathroom. Shower in bathroom could do with being updated as water just trickles out. Staff were lovely but not always present when you needed something as bar was not manned. Breakfast again was great but no decaf coffee available. Good parking especially in city centre and so convenient. I would stay again but just feel points I mentioned could make this place fabulous!"
