"The main hotel is characterful and pleasant. I found my room in one of the newer blocks to be noisy, more so when a table tennis table was erected under my window. The spa was disappointing, particularly when compared to a MacDonald Spa I am a previous member of. The pool and steam room are shedding tiles in large patches, some lying loose in the bottom of the pool. The Spa had no hot water for showering which rather spoiled my spa day. All staff were pleasant and helpful."

"On check in I wasn't told where thr lift was, I had to ask never having been in the hotel before. The resteraunt was very expensive. Be aware."
