"Friendly hotel with a quirky ski-lodge type layout. The three storey fish tank never disappoints. Some really nice food, and just a warm and welcoming environment. "

"The front ladies on desk were excellent on checking in Only comment felt unsafe in shower as over bath and narrow slippery thought a suite /accessible room would have a walk in shower This aside we will stay again normally have stayed at Hilton a big improvement particularly on staff members "

"Stayed in the annexe building verses the main one and albeit smaller room the bed was super comfy and quiet - easy parking and electric charging - could do with cars being moved once fully charged as only 2 charging points - great shower and lovely toiletries "

"Air handler was very noisy and had to be shut down and window opened . This was then accompanied by noise from Friar street overnight . Bed was good with power and usb by the bed , shower cubicle was clean and functioning well "

"Toilet roll holder was loose in its position and the curtain over the door window didn’t close properly and it kept falling of the rail on the left hand side, otherwise the rest of the facilities was amazing. "

Located on a bus route, easy walk into town Centre, various shops/eateries a few minutes walk away from hotel. I will definitely stay there again. "
