"The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. We had four rooms all were clean and comfortable. The beach was wonderful, clean and a great place to swim and hang out. There are fire pits available and firewood for sale just up the road at the gas station. The gym is three treadmills and a bike. The arcade has a few games that worked and grandkids liked the claw machine. Water park we did not go to. We were there a week and my kids and grandkids wanted to hang out at the beach. As stated in other reviews, water park has not been updated in a lot of years. We didn’t come for the water park or arcade so there was no disappointment from us. Over all the hotel and all the staff are well worth the money. The rooms we had all faced the lake with balconies which were very nice to sit out in first thing in the morning. The hotel is close to everything yet just far enough away to be relaxing. We took the shuttle to the ferry and spent the day on Mackinac island which was a beautiful day out. The staff will help with any questions you have. Take the trip!"
