"The room was decent. Comfy bed. Things were a bit tired in the room like the sink was cracked and chipped. We had room service. It took a decent length of time to get our food. But unfortunately the food wasn’t very hot. Had to eat quite quickly as it was only barely warm. Good price for the room though. "

"This is a fantastic Hotel! The room was very reasonably priced, a twin for myself and my daughter. The room was immaculate, with excellent facilities as standard, hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board, fridge and a great selection of tea and coffee and chilled, complementary bottled water. Our room was freshly decorated, with lovely modern, contemporary furnishings. Blackout curtains, ceiling to floor ensuring a sound night of sleep. And - wait for it! A window that actually opens! To a safe gap but enough for you to have a nice flow of fresh air if wanted. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, with quality, crisp, clean white bedding and pillows. The towels too were super fluffy and excellent quality. The TV worked and was in a good prominent position, great selection of channels too! The staff from check in, to check out, were lovely, very efficient and - in keeping with the Hotel as a whole - immaculate. Best breakfast I have had in a Hotel in years, with lots of choice, beautifully presented, in a stylish, relaxed setting. I’ve stayed in a lot of Hotels, in a lot of our major Cities. This is definitely one of the best. It is just superb! Thank you for a fabulous stay! "

"Bkack mold in the room and shower. Bathroom light was automatic but took hours to turn back off and bathroom door didnt close from the outside so the light would keep you up. Musty smell in the room and no window"

"The hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access for driving and convenient on-site parking. I’d also highly recommend a visit to Pushkar next door—the food was outstanding, and it’s a real bonus that it’s linked to the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, with cosy beds and modern, clean bathrooms, which made for a pleasant stay overall. My only issue was with the lift, which malfunctioned while we were heading up to the 14th floor. It was a bit of an unsettling experience—certainly not the kind of “thrill ride” you’d expect outside of a theme park. My daughter chose to walk to the room afterward. Although I raised the alarm while inside the lift, I still needed to inform staff once we reached the ground floor. They did arrange for engineering to investigate, but the situation could have been handled more proactively."

"Breakfast was phenomenal. It was strange that there was only one robe in the double bedroom and I wish coffee and biscuits were replenished in the room every day. Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say. This was my third stay in this hotel and I love it there every time. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless and decorated to a high modern standard. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money."
