"We had a good stay overall! It was clean and staff were very helpful! The room was showing some wear and tear (scratches in the furniture, broken tile in the bathroom and a toilet that ran if you didn’t jiggle the handle). Location was great with easy access to Old Quebec, the Aquarium and Ile d’Orleans. We would stay there again!"

"There were many negative reviews about this hotel but I booked anyway because it is well situated and very inexpensive. The decoration of the lobby and hallways is outdated and carpets in the hallway have seen better days. However, staff was friendly and helpful and, above all, the hotel was very quiet, ample parking, the room was clean, recently renovated, pleasant smelling and the bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect choice for me."
