Le spa était très bien, la propreté de la chambre numero 1, le personnel est sympathique. Toutefois, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser les spas au moment où nous le souhaitions car il n'y avait plus de robe de chambre. Nous en avons finalement obtenu après le souper vers 20h30. La chambre etait très bien et les lits confortables. La salle de bain a besoin d'amour. La pomme de douche était "réparée" avec du ruban electrique. Les joints de douche avaient de la moisissure noire.

Trés bel endroit, chambre rénovée, salle de bain ordinaire, personnel courtois
Par contre, il faudrait aviser les clients de chuchoter dans les passages car on entend tout et pas le fun la nuit. De plus, les spas extérieurs sont pour 16 ans et plus et ce n’est pas respecté . Très décevant !

Réservation de 2 chambres pour une nuit en famille. Chambre vétustes, EXTRÊMEMENT BRUYANT, impossible de dormir entre les bruits du couloir et si vous êtes au 1er étage vous vous ferez réveillez par les pas du dessus. Porte manteau cassé avec clous au sol, ampoules cassés, pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.

Un tres bel acceuil, une chambre tres propre.
Personnel courtois et serviable. Installations dans un milieu de villegiature.
Pour notre sejour de 4 nuits nous n'avons pas eu de peignoir pour se rendre aux bains exterieurs meme ayant fait demande et réservation.

La chambre était bien et propre. Le personnel était gentil. La raison du 4 au lieu de 5 est que le service au bar était long (le serveur s’occupait du bar et de la salle à dîner), les peignoirs ne sont pas dans les chambres alors on doit en faire la demande et on les a reçus 4 heures plus tard, malgré le fait qu’on les ait rappelé donc on a pas pu s’en servir pour aller à la piscine. Le petit-déjeuner buffet à 63$ pour 2 personnes avec taxes et services ne valait pas ça du tout.
