"The property was supper air con was a good thing as both run hot I didn’t get to use facilities as forgot our swimming things didn’t stay for breakfast as my son is less than 5 mins away has breakfast at his . If returning to Northampton will definitely book again but not on top floor please as my husband is unwell and suffers trying to get upstairs so room close to the ground floor please you didn’t one this so we should have asked. For room downstairs . Thank you"

"Hotel was well located to walk into Peterborough centre for evening meals as hotel does not have a restaurant on the premises. You need to tick what you want for breakfast and this is brought to your room (found this odd)"

"Lovely hotel right in the centre of beautiful, friendly and clean historic town of Oundle. The hotel has their own carpark. Our room was ready when we arrived even though we were early. It was spotless. There is even a surprise treat and toy for our cavapoo dog Bella. The staff are so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Great hotel, let down slightly by only 4 teabags for a two night stay for 2 people. It did state in the hand book that we would be charged for extra tea and coffee . But the major let down was the food. It was terrible, so bad we had to ask for a full refund. Which was a shame because the surroundings were amazing"
