"I can see why someone would be tricked into staying here if they weren’t from New York and thought they were getting an ideal location as it’s on Stone Street, but this is a hotel for people who don’t know how to stay at hotels. It’s terrible. The staff is terrible if you want absolutely no service. This is the place for you."
