Staff was very nice. We were a late check in, called before we got here and they were very accommodating. You can tell they are amid renovations. Hope they can continue fixing it up.
The check-in person was very friendly and helpful! This hotel needs some tender loving care. Very outdated and the lobby needs some sprucing up to make it more comfortable/inviting for guests. Room was smelly. Our microwave was dirty.

The staff was really nice and helpful. We had a great stay.
The room was nothing like it was pictured on the website. We booked a king suite and the bed was definitely a queen, there was no kitchenette, the bathroom was poorly cleaned as it was dirty blonde hair all over the bathroom floor.
Upon check in, we waiting nearly 15-20 minutes for the desk attendant to show up. Some young lady came through that knew him and called him to let him know that we were at the desk trying to check in. He lied and said he was taking out the trash but we later found out after going to get food and coming back and parking around back so that we could see our vehicle from the room that he was sitting in his personal vehicle on the clock smoking weed and on the phone. Only good thing about this stay is that even though the bed sounded like it was about to fall apart at the slightest touch it was very comfortable. I would never stay here again.

Room was clean, however the air did not work well, and you could hear everything in the room next door. Breakfast had very limited options.
This is my go to place to stay in Starkville. I love the location and very easy to get to the campus!!! Staff are always very accommodating and extremely friendly….
The staff was great, but the room was so bad we couldn’t stay there. Stains everywhere, dirty room, dirty pull out bed, moldy air conditioning unit, blood stained sofa (or someone spilled their koolaide). We promptly left.

Lighting in bathroom was very dim and overflow cover in tub was missing. Overall hotel is quiet, clean and staff is nice. Bathroom needs an update.
The room was dated and the furniture was abused. The room was clean. The front desk folks are always looking down at their phones and don’t acknowledge or greet you when coming or going. The gentleman that checked us in was very cordial. It was not worth the 600+ we paid for two night to see a MS State game. They have a pardon or dust for renovation sign on the front sliding door for the past two years. The hotel has potential though. When you don’t have a quality place you need to at least have amazing customer service. Customer service is the most important thing to me. Great service, more customers, more income, more improvements to your property. Just my opinion, though.
We had just spent a miserable night at another hotel. Were forced to stay there due to lack of accommodations during college graduation. I canceled the 2nd night there and was able to get a room here. It was pure heaven. Clean, comfortable, quiet just wonderful.
