I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. This was actually the second time my husband and I have stayed here, and it continues to impress us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and were always friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The entire property was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable. We also felt safe during our stay, both in our room and around the hotel, which is something we really value when traveling. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and everything was organized in a way that made the experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, this hotel provided exactly what we were looking for—a clean, safe, and welcoming place to stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to others.

Everyone on staff was very nice but WOW, the highway is so loud!!! We were on the side facing the interstate, had we known it would be so loud we would have asked to be on the backside. If you are a light sleeper you might consider staying somewhere else.

I really wanted to like this hotel when I found it online and booked it for our travels South. The room was cute but look a little closer and you will see maintenance is a real issue. Globs of paint and plaster, cracking chipping and peeling paint. We were on the 2nd floor and the noise from the hallway seemed to travel strait into our room. We could here every step someone took in the room above us. When the toillet flushed it sounded like a hurricane! Fortunately, around 10:30pm everything calmed down and we did get a good nights sleep.

The room was clean and we had plenty of towels for 4. I would like to make one comment re decor. When you get off the elevator on 2, it looks like a hospital with the dark blues on the doors and walls. Lighten it up. You have plenty of bright colors in your logo. Breakfast was a 5/10. We drank coffee and juice. Nothing hot. But for a soft bed to sleep in it was comfortable.

Checked in very late so I didn’t do a good “once-over like I should have. Never do that again! The deadbolt didn’t work for starters. In the morning, I stepped on someone’s fake nail and then as I was picking up stuff off the bedside table, I spotted something coiled in the floor between the bed and bedside table. After looking more closely with lights on, I discovered it was someone’s hair piece/extension. When checking out, the lady in front of me said she had a dirty washcloth in her shower along with other issues with her room. Breakfast was all carbs except boiled eggs and the coffee was set up on one side of the breakfast area with the cups and creamer on the complete opposite side. I travel through the area a lot and have stayed 2 other times but with the complacency of the staff and housekeeping, I won’t stay again.
