The room that we booked does not exist at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and willing to help accommodate us, but the booking system and the hotel property are not in sync. We had to change rooms three times to find something that would meet our needs. We probably won't stay here again.

This was probably one of the best stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and attentive, but not overwhelmingly so. The room was great! I would definitely stay again.
