Nach der Landung konnte die Unterkunft telefonisch erreicht werden und eine Person stand am Apartment zum Empfang bereit. "We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. The location is about 15 minutes walk from main areas of the town. "

"Check in was easy, the apartment was a great space for our family for a short stopover. There weren’t very many amenities in the apartment aside from dishwashing supplies, so it is sparse in that sense. The location has was okay and parking and driving in Heraklion Centre was difficult to find and squeeze through narrow streets. There is no dedicated parking area for this property, so do some research in advance if you can."

"Do not stay here! When I booked the property it said I could check in at 2:00, I had to call the number provided five times before somebody sent me any check-in information. I was told I couldn't check in until 3:00 and when I did check in the apartment was filthy with bugs crashed all over the wall and other disgustingness. All I wanted was a clean place to stay for one night after a 12-hour flight. Unfortunately this was not provided."

"This is a lovely hotel built in the style of a Greek village going down a hill to the sea. Our room was modern with a lovely sea view. The buffet breakfast and evening buffet meal in the main restaurant were very good as were the other restaurants. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to make out stay enjoyable."

"We only spent one night here and arrived in the evening. The hotel is very nice and had a small restaurant where we had dinner. The pool was lovely and clean and we were able to find parking for our rental car. I would have booked this hotel again on our return to Heraklion, but it was full and we couldn't get a reservation. It's convenient to the port and the airport. "

"What a beautiful hotel just minutes from the port and the central area. We easily walked over from the ferry, and it was simple to launch explorations of the city and its surrounding areas from this location. The staff are very attentive, and the drinks at the bar after a day of touring are well prepared. We also enjoyed a treatment at the spa, which was a perfect conclusion to our 15-day tour of Greece. Recommend if you are coming to Heraklion!"
