"We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect—right in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by great restaurants and cafés, and just a short walk to the main strip. It’s close enough to enjoy all the fun, but far enough to escape the loud music at night, which was a huge plus. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed. "A lot of ants inside the room. We needed to pay for the air conditioning 8€ per day which is not in the description. We stayed 3 days and the day after we asked for towels change then they said they change towels every 2 days. After 2 days we asked for new towels then I had to hear that i got only 1 day left before check out and they don’t charge towels when we got only 1 day left. Really weird rules. "

Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. She told us she would leave her contact information and useful links for the property to our phone and email but we never received it. She said she lives 15 min away and will come by when it's needed. We mentioned that we will have to...

"One of the best all-inclusive resorts I've visited, and I've been to four now. We travelled with a 16, 13, and 10-year-old. Each night, there was a different themed food, but still the same options available if the kids didn't want to try anything new. There are four different pools and food bars around the resort. Entertainment is available throughout the day if you want to change things up. The Star Beach isn't the best, but it offers several water sports you can pay for. The beach a short walk left or right of Star Beach is far nicer."

From the moment I stepped onto the grounds, every staff member was welcoming, personable, and eager to help. My room was incredible, featuring a private pool, steam room, a 360° TV that doubles as a mirror, and excellent Bluetooth speakers. The amenities throughout the property were equally impressive, including the well-equipped gym, fantastic restaurant, and beautiful pool with floating lounge chairs. This is truly a state-of-the-art property with exceptional service. Its location is another major plus—just six minutes from Heraklion Airport, making it incredibly convenient. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
