"Perfect hotel! This hotel is run by a couple and their daughter. We received a warm welcome and our check-in went very smoothly! The only thing to mention is on our previous visit we could use the pool at the hotel in front. We were told we couldn’t do that any more as it’s an all inclusive hotel & it’s not free to use the pool/beds like it was 4 yrs ago. Otherwise all good "

"Georges Deluxe Appartments are so conveniently positioned on the beach road you only have to take a dew steps outside for the beach, supermatkets, great restaurants & bars. Our balcony overlooked the street which was great for some shade and watching the world go by! Others have spith facing balconies/terraces with views to the mountains. Our room was basic but nicely furnished with a great shower and comfy bed. The owner is really friendly and made us feel very welcome. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Villiana. The sea view from our large terrace was incredible. Our kids had lots of fun in the pool. The room was great: large, clean with a well-supplied kitchen. Chris was a big part of why we enjoyed our stay so much. What a great host! He made great recommendations and was so warm and accommodating! Our stay was too short. "Beautiful hotel. Only issue was lack of extra blanket in the room. Couldn’t get the air conditioning or heat controls to work. Was told in the morning that we could have called any time to get help. It was late in the evening so we didn’t bother. Did not have the breakfast. Very convenient location and free parking. Would highly recommend. "

"Great little hotel if you're looking for somewhere affordable to stay near Heraklion airport. You are not downtown at all, but there is a more commercial street close by (few minutes by foot) with restaurants, and a few basic necessity shops. Great pool and patio, quiet, basically residential neighbourhood, super nice staff (hello Maria!) and, as mentioned, about 5 minutes by taxi from the airport (be prepared to hear planes take-off, but rooms are very well sound insulated)."

"We stayed 2 nights. The facility is not new and the room and bathroom on the small side, but it was clean and well kept. Location was fantastic, we had an ocean view room and it was a short walk to the old harbour and the vibrant restaurant and shopping streets. Breakfast included hot and cold items and the area was kept clean. Overall good value for the price. "

"First would like to say I'd definitely come back to this hotel on my next holiday to Crete. The hotel is quite massive and lovely to walk around on a warm night. The room and the balcony was spotless. Didn't see much I didn't like about this hotel, many locations to sunbathe, swim and relax. Some of the hotel staff are polite and helpful especially the bartenders on the 17.00 shift on blue bar and the bar by the Olympic size pool, it was easy to have a conversation with them and they gave good recommendations on where to go and what to see around the island. The cleanup crew (as nice as they are) do not have patience, my do not disturb sign was on and countless times they knocked and walked in without waiting for an answer back which was an inconvenience cause we was either sleeping or getting changed. The food at the main restaurants had a good selection, tastey and filling. I personally enjoyed lunch in the restaurant by blue bar and the snack bar. The kebab best I've ever tasted. Although some of the desserts taste like they had been out for quite while. The hotel had a lot to offer in terms of entertainment every day was something new and was quite enjoyable. There are shops, restaurants, bars and a bus stop as soon as you exit the hotel which is very convenient."

"Had a wonderful experience at Creta Maris. Would recommend booking the theme restaurants as soon as you arrive to ensure you get to try the cuisine outside of the buffet although the buffet was good as well. Sometimes hard to find chairs by the pools but can generally find beach chairs. The staff were very friendly, would recommend the Nami wine cellar wine tour, the staff running it were very informative of the islands history and wines were very tasty."

"We were late getting in but the driver remained until we made it. The hotel was a short drive from the airport. We received a nice greeting from the staff. Check in was personalized and speedy. They presented some snacks and beverages were available. We were escorted to our room, which overlooked an Infinity water feature, a beautiful view of the sea and it was CLEAN. Dinner and Breakfast provided a wonderful variety of Greek dishes. A/C was available but the Sea breeze kept us very comfortable thru the night. "

"Great family resort, food selection was very good unless you are super fussy, our daughter is and even she managed to have a pretty full plate each meal. Drinks were a good selection. Kids club was good but activities were fairly minimal. Beaches were lovely. Pools great for everyone. The beds were hard, but not lumpy, pillows fine. There is a go cart track next door that my son enjoyed. You can easily walk in to town or down to other beaches. We had a great stay."
