"Great spot. The new area, Merchant Square I think it’s called, is really nice. Lounge area in the hotel is well done. Stylish and has snacks and drinks for sale. Quick walk to paddington station and restaurants. Staff was lovely. Room doesn’t offer much for charm, lighting system is a bit weird. "
