"They were in the middle of renovations, however they do not tell you this before checking in. You would think with the amount of money you spend per night you could have working ice machines and air conditioners. We had to wait for an engineer to fix our AC and stay for an hour while he worked on it. We went to grab lunch and by the time we got back our room was filled with dust and had to be aired out. Asked house keeping twice to refill the body wash, never was filled. Construction started below us at 8am on a Saturday, just be prepared for the banging and drilling. All in all the staff was patient, and accommodating. The front desk and bellhop were very helpful and deserve a raise! None of which were their faults, they all handled all the issues with our room and the families we traveled with grace and kindness."
