"We stayed one night and the place is great! Staff were super nice, location is great and close to the Inner Harbor. The included parking and delicious breakfast were amazing benefits to our stay. Our room was large and beautiful. Highly recommend this unique place to stay!"

"The property was excellent and the front desk was superb however I only gave it 3 stars due to the valet parking it was truly a nightmare. The gentleman who my husband gave the car and keys to told him he would get a text right away with car parking details an hour later my husband goes down and is met by another valet he explains he has not received the text. The gentleman ask who took care of him my husband sees the valet rep running back and forth with no clue as to where the keys were after waiting the guy assisting checks and finds keys and ask my husband are those the keyw which they were. The car was parked wrong plate and the keys never secured. the night before leaving we were skeptical and barely slept to ensure we got the car out before the gentleman ends his shift to ensure we did not have any further issues. Other than the parking valet issues we had a superb time the hotel is very clean. "
"One of my favorite hotels in Baltimore. Great service, beautiful rooms, convenient location, great rooftop restaurant. The only drawbacks are the boiling your own coffee in the room (used to be pour-over, just switch to Nespresso already if you want to be fancy) and that the cafe doesn’t open until 7am and the food is kind of fussy. But I love staying here! "
