"Great location. Beautiful views"

"On the positive side, the location is gorgeous, the staff very polite and friendly, the rooms and balconies good size, there is ample free parking, and the Cuppa Cafe "grab and go" was quite good. On the not-so-positive side, the furnishings are "tired" and could really use an update, the bathroom had no shower gel and the hand soap was not the best to use for bathing, the shower had no place to put your own items, the bath towels were dingy and rather worn, our passports in the room safe actually warped from the humidity in the room despite the air conditioning, and the two restaurants on the property were horrible with very small menu choices and not very good food. The Lighthouse Terrace was especially bad, the service was so slow it was unbelievable. It was not what we expected from a Hilton which is too bad because there is so much potential in such a beautiful setting."

"The hotel was okay, but it is literally Maga territory. So many Karen's staying there, acting like they own it. They get up at 5AM to take up the seating area and stay there the entire day. The pool is basically unusable unless you don't mind having them stare at you the entire time and smoke cigarets by the pool (which the hotel didn't have a problem with and said that was okay to do..) Maybe we were just unlucky and the guests during this time sucked. On the positive side, the beach was beautiful and swimmable and the location was great. Lots of nice restaurants in walking distance and its a safe area. "

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay in Barbados! Traveling with a five-year-old and an 18-month-old can sometimes be challenging, but the entire staff made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for from the moment we arrived. The resort itself was beautiful — the ocean views were breathtaking, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. One of the highlights of our trip was the food. Everything we ate was excellent, and the chef went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs. We were genuinely impressed by the quality, variety, and attention to detail. What really made this experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. "Service was great from start to end, checked in in minutes, got towels, iron, soap and any reasonable request promptly. Place was very clean and organized on arrival and staff were courteous as well. Matched pictures, pool was great and overall great spot as well."
