We recognize that this is not the property’s fault and they rectified the problem by transferring us to their sister hotel for the day (Mango Bay) which was absolutely beautiful. "The staff was friendly, and the size of the resort was small so there were never any lines or a lot of people around. We could always get a chair by the pool or beach when we wanted one. There was only one bar (pool bar) and the dining was extremely limited for dinner. There was the main dinner buffet which the food was not very good, and then we could make a dinner reservation at their second floor dining rooma nd ordered ala carte one night. The food there was pretty good. Breakfast buffet...

My only complaint is the bathroom was dirty black tile grouting toilet could do with a good clean the sink was cracked. Could not use the mirror as the tv was placed right in front of it.
