The staff were very helpful particularly regarding medication I needed refrigerated with freeze packs.
The centre room fan would not turn off but maintenance quickly rectified that. In all a good stay and quite central to Singapore highlights.

The staff is very friendly. The room is very spacious and clean. The hotel is located near Tanjon Pagar MRT station so it is very easy to get to any place in Singapore. Lots of restaurants are nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a home away from home for my family of 5. The kids loved the plant library and pool. There were plenty of food options at the hotel and even more options within a 5 minute walk. The staff was very accommodating and check in was quick and easy. Our room was enormous and made things so simple by having in room laundry and kitchen and spacious living quarters. Definitely recommend.
