"I’ve stayed at this hotel four or five times now and enjoyed my stay every time. The check in process is smooth, the rooms are clean and the shared washrooms are also very well maintained (although I’ve always gotten a room with a private bathroom). I travel to Vancouver to see concerts so this hotel is SO close to the main venues. Its location is also great for so many wonderful restaurants and stores. I will continue to book here when I come to Vancouver!"

"Stayed for the first time. Everything was perfect, breakfast, beds, front desk, dining areas, food items etc. Only thing they need to improve is their bathroom sizes. They were too small. Rest everything was good."

"Stayed for a single night prior to a cruise. Good location to the Princess Dock. Took a Rideshare, but could have walked if I were younger. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and quiet. No inhouse restaurant, but adjacent cafe for breakfast. Restaurants were plentiful."
