Loved the view of Mackinaw Island from our room and the balcony overlooking the lake. Every room faces the water and Mackinaw Island. The staff were all super nice and friendly. Very welcoming. Will stay again next year when they reopen for the Summer.

It of course, was a little dated, but it was everything you needed!The parking was great. It was nice to be able to sit outside on the lake. To have a bonfire. And unwind at the end of the day.

The room was clean...and big enough as far as roomy.,the staff stayed up later to make sure we had arrived and got our rooms which again l need to Thank him once again!!!! The balcony was ok .we did see the lake and it was a nice view to look at in the morning...and as far as the parking...the front lot was packed.,after looking out the patio doors l noticed there was some parking out back ..but would make a walk for the elderly person

The room was cozy. Loved having the balcony looking over the lake. The bathroom sink wouldnt stop dripping and the room could have used a dusting. But would still come back and stay again.

Nice lakeshore sunrise. However the basement level room we had smelled of heavy mold.
This view is wonderful.
Looks like the heater was never cleaned. There is a heavy mold smell.

Excellent view of Lake Huron and island a few miles offshore. Castle Rock towering upward toward the sky is a mile north. Very appealing town. Easy access to I-75.

This was an older property, but very well kept with only a few minor cosmetic flaws. Absolutely loved that the room was waterfront with a balcony: you could hear the waves on the shore from the room. We enjoyed the fire pit that was on the beach and the continental breakfast in the morning: just enough food to fill your belly before a quick trip to the marina and ferry to Mackinac Island. The Days Inn did not have ferry tickets, but the hotel right next door did, so it wasn’t a problem. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
