"No elevators and we had rooms on the second floor---and we are in our 70s! Railroad tracks are right behind the property and they are very active through out the night. We were charged an additional $15 a night at check in because we didn't book direct thru them. We did not expect that. The walk into town was supposed to be a short one---was not very short. Encountered homeless people camping in the bushes by the hotel. Took taxis after that. The hot tub water looked like pea soup. Rooms were very dated. Beds were fine. There is a shuttle right next door that takes you to the trolley tour. Very nice and convenient

"The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room and hotel were clean. The hotel is right on the beach. It does lack a hot tub, some outdoor activities (ping pong table would've been nice). Overall, it was a good hotel. It is about a mile away from all the restaurants, but it's an easy drive. Would stay here again."

"Beautiful, clean, spacious room with friendly staff. 2 negatives are the fact that the room wasn’t ready until after 5 pm and had to request clean towels for the next day. Once asked they brought immediately. "
