We enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Breeze Inn. We were right across from the beach and there were many places to eat, drink, and enjoy the view within walking distance. We stayed in a newly remodeled room. It was clean and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly. There was ample free parking and a brand new ice machine. This is not the hotel from past negative reviews. New ownership, new experience - try it, you won't be sorry.

We stay here every time we visit St. Augustine. The rooms are always clean, and the staff has always been very courteous. There is a small coffee pot for coffee in the morning, a microwave and small frig. There are several restaurants within walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The fishing pier and the beach is across the street and is easily accessible.

The location was great. Walking distance to ocean. We upgraded to a suite which had a small refrigerator and microwave with plenty of counter space next to the sink. No stovetop. Walls were thin so you could hear neighbors. Shower was nice with good pressure.
