"A clean affordable No Frills room. That alone deserves a good review. However when you factor in the staff, that's what makes it a great review! Look this place is not the Ritz, because quite frankly I stayed there! But I was able to afford a place to lay my head and shower for work when I needed it. Not to mention the staff are all incredibly nice honest hard-working people. Soft clean bed, hot water good pressure! They should have Bruce Campbell as their spokesperson, the hook would be, "Stay the smart way, stay Smart Stay!" And then he cuts like a giant demonic piggy bank in half and a bunch of gold squirts out everywhere because they charge half the price other hotel chains charge on pets. Or something. The point is, it's very nice affordable place to stay."
"The home was very nice and clean and 3 BD/2BR was exactly what my family needed. As a matter of fact, we stay in Tallahassee and are going to pick our son up from UNF in Jacksonville tomorrow and I am about to see if there is availability at this place ---- that's how much we all liked it. I highly recommend it and I would give them 10 stars if I could. "

"It was a distance from the popular things in St. Augustine, but I have never stayed at a Hotel that was that nice in many areas. The staff was extremely nice giving me advice on St. Augustine things.
The room was perfect and very comfortable. Deb from Housekeeping was also very respectful of all our things in the room as she made sure we had everything we needed.
I'll admit the breakfast can definitely be improved, but 95% of our stay was absolutely fantastic!
I truly didn't want to leave for many reasons. It felt like a true vacation."
