Good, comfortable room

Room was in need of some minor repairs and matainence but everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The attached IHOP was also very convenient and the staff there was wonderful as well.

It went all ok. But the room was very poorly cleaned. We couldn’t walk barefoot after shower because the floor was dirty. Shower you could notice that they only wiped down. Corners and behind doors dirty. Hairdryer was so sticky. Also very noisy too. You can hear everything through walls.

We have been here for the last 3 years. Enjoy staying here because of the outlet mall, attached IHOP and the pool. We did not get to use the pool because of maintenance, but we realize it had to be done and it was cloudy and rainy anyway😬

I just wanted to say that I had the best experience ever I never stay a hotel that is so beautiful and so clean as this hotel. I wanted to give big shot out to the both managers who run the hotels they are the nicest and very friendly and very respectful. This hotel I highly recommend it to everyone.

My flight was delayed and when I tried calling them to let them know which I called several times with no answer then when I showed up next day they canceled my room for the week. He said he would refund me but now is fighting me on it.. Poor customer service…

I only come this hotel for my brother Imran who is the manager of the hotel. He is the finest person ever existed. The hotel extremely very clean and very beautiful. Wayne he is the nicest manager and very friendly. Hotel very safe and clean then any other hotel surrounded in the Saint Augustine. I was so tired I dropped my wallet near the office Imran came to my room knock ...I didn't answer . Left a note letting me no to come see him at the desk. I highly recommend this hotel for your family, friends, business.
