"Absolutely unacceptable experience. The bed was literally held together with a ratchet strap, and the toilet was propped up using a PVC pipe—completely unsafe and unsanitary. We found a cockroach in the room, and the sheets were clearly dirty and had not been changed. We asked to see other rooms, but after looking at three different options, each one was worse than the last. On top of that, the employee (Chrissy) we dealt with was extremely unprofessional and rude, making the situation even more frustrating. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances."

No one was willing to resolve the issue for what I paid very very dissatisfied in the hotel and Hotels.com."

"The hotel is fairly new and very clean and inviting. The worker are very nice and accommodating. My only issue was the bed is very firm so i brought a mattress pad with me so my back and gips didn't hurt. Other than the mattress it was a great hotel for the price and it was very comfortable the room sizes big. We would definitely stay here again."
