"I travelled often and I make specific requests about the preferences of the room . Most hotels never care about it even though they write you a common reply that a computer would send as auto reply saying there is no guarantee of the request but they will try. Kimpton Charlotte Hotel did exactly what I asked for and not only that, the front officer knew about it and specifically mentioned they did go all out to make the preparations as I wanted . Extremely helpful staff and excellent service . It was a short stay . I would definitely stay there if I ever go to Edinburgh again "

The location couldn’t be better — many of the main tourist attractions, great restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance. The train station is just a few minutes away on foot, which made getting around so simple. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for exploring Edinburgh!"
