"We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend the hotel! We are at the hotel every day, which was very easy after days of adventure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As previous reviews say there is a hill to walk up but we did not find it difficult however if mobility is limited a car would be necessary. "

"We stayed at the Benerhoff in July and loved it — clean room, comfortable beds, excellent friendly staff and just down from the Grindelwald train stop. Your balcony faces the mountains; stunning views. Highly recommended!"

"The rooms are nice and cozy and clean however the bath robes could have been more cleaner as I found other people’s hair on them. That said everything else was great. The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing. The breakfast was great many options available breathtaking views the ball was great as well. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel although I was out for most of the morning and evening for well spent at the hotel."
