Amazing place to stay at. Staff was very helpful, this is downhill from their main train station but the hotel has a shuttle service and will give a multi use bus pass to easily go uphill to the Grindelwald train station during your stay. The breakfast is great and the view from the hotel is amazing.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional warmth and hospitality of the entire staff. From the front desk team to the housekeeping staff and restaurant servers, everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and gracious, making our stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable. The dining experience was equally impressive. Every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. We were particularly pleased to learn that the restaurant makes extensive use of locally sourced ingredients, which added a wonderful sense of freshness and authenticity to each meal. Everything we tasted was of outstanding quality and thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Grindelwald station. Since we were traveling with luggage, we called the hotel from the station information desk and arranged for the shuttle service, which was very convenient. In addition, there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and the buses arrived reliably on schedule. Once we had checked in, we used the local bus service for all of our transportation, and found it to be both comfortable and extremely convenient. Overall, the gracious service, welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and convenient location made our stay truly memorable.

Amazing hotel with breath-taking views of the mountains and green valleys. Really helpful & friendly staff which made the stay even better. Was a pleasure to eat at the restaurant (esp. for breakfast buffet) as food was pretty good but the view was out of this world. Would return back here for sure.

Friendly staff. Quite a walk to the station but they provide shuttle service for a fee. You can also take a bus to the station just infront of the hotel but with big luggages it’s better to arrange the shuttle service. Overall stay was great.

What a delightful experience! The hotel has a very chic decor yet gives a homely feel. All the staff was extremely polite and helpful…to us that was the standout factor. We were able to book the spa easily every day and it felt like a private spa experience. The food at the restaurant was excellent, so is the breakfast. The view is what I had always imagined quintessential Swiss. Premium pricing for sure but worth every bit! Highly recommend…
