"This was a nice hotel! The bed was soft and comfortable compared to most Japanese beds. The room was a decent size, though the bathroom was a bit small. Great location for exploring Kanazawa. And the breakfast was so good!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Kanazawa. The hotel felt modern, clean, and comfortable, but still connected to the charm of Kanazawa. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the station, which made traveling with family much easier. The staff were professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were well designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a very positive experience and one of the hotels that made our time in Kanazawa even better. "The rooms were a decent size and the hotel had a modern Japanese aesthetic, I loved the natural colours and materials. Very well designed. The facilities and rooms were really nice and clean. The onsen was also a great addition which is free for hotel guests. They provide you with slippers and pyjamas to use around the hotel. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was also really good quality with a lovely scent. The hotel is centrally located and easy walk to both the samurai and geisha districts. The Japanese breakfast is superb but might not be to everyone’s taste. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "

"絶対オススメしないホテル。 様々な問題点が多過ぎて、ここで全て書けない。いくつか例を挙げると、ホテル自体の施設が古いしとても汚ない。コンセプトも古い。食事の費用が内容に見合わずもの凄く高い上に、スタッフの客への対応はまるで刑務所の囚人への扱い。 しかもホテルのスタッフとそれらの問題点を話そうとしたが、責任者らしき人物は、真意が全く伝わっておらず我関せずの姿勢。 状況把握後、予定は４泊だったが、キャンセルもせずに、ホテルに着いたその日の夜に１泊に変更し、翌日ホテルを離れた。 早めに旅行の計画を立てられずに、仕方なく予約したホテルであったが、想像を遥かに超える酷さ。 未だに砺波という地域名自体も語りたくないと奥さんと話している状態。何故なら使った地域のタクシーにもボラれたからだ。新高岡駅に着いた瞬間にメーターを自分で上げていたからだ。地域性も気に食わないところ。二度と行きたくない。 "
