"Absolutely fantastic place- a boutique resort, so smaller but we did not miss anything including food variety compared to any large place during our 8-day stay. The facilities were pristine, quality of food and service exceptional and they had so many amenities like regular laundry services and a in-room massage session complimentary with all-inclusive package. That was such a pleasant surprise! They also arranged transport and a local show in as a complimentary perk. Organization and service was wonderful. E-butler services was one of the best. They had room ready for us hours ahead for check in- which was so appreciated as we flew over 30hrs to get there. Checkout was seamless. Can’t say enough about the staff and their hospitality! "

Although we booked dinner throughout our stay but there was not much options there probably because of the small amount of people. Meat supply on American bbq dinner was issue controlled manner we had to wait long time to eat grilled meet and forced me to finish my dinner eary."

"Nice room with lagoon access, staffs are very friendly and sweet (so many trinkets almost every day, floaties, chocolate, fruit baskets, cake, etc), great amenities (so much fun with buggies hope on and off between buildings), breakfast buffet taste a lot better than a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. "Everything was perfect. Even the littlest of our requests was accommodated. We really enjoyed our stay and miss it deeply. Wish we had stayed even longer. Our daughter misses the TreeHouse Kids club so much. Hopefully we can plan another trip soon."
