"My wife and I were traveling to Disney from Mississippi. We decided to stop in Tallahassee to get some rest before driving down to Orlando. We arrived at the best western after hours around 12:30 am. When I went inside to check in they could not find my reservation. The reason they couldn’t find my reservation was due to them already checking someone into my reservation. They wanted me to pay for another room since the room I already paid for was taken. I said that’s not fair for me at all, and waited until they could figure it out. It took about an hour and a half before they could make things right and check us in. After driving almost 7 hours, and to be greeted this way was terrible."
