I was looking for a pet friendly hotel that I could stay for a visit to FSU to see my son. This was the perfect hotel with free breakfast and an affordable stay. Nice and friendly workers.

We visited the hotel on a very busy FSU family weekend. The staff were friendly and put out some food and drinks on Friday for guests. Extra linens and towels were available. Given that the hotel was sold out, housekeeping didn't visit on our two night stay, but they did check in to see if we needed any fresh towels.

Actually pleasantly surprised. The staff takes pride in their hotel. First hotel I know of that offers complementary happy hour Friday 4-8 pm. Breakfast was good too. Rooms are 8.5/10. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom could use a bit of a refresh. But we’ve stayed in much worse. Overall good stay.

Not as clean as expected. Very dated and needed a good dusting. Okay for an overnight stay. Close to FAMU and FSU and many restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff really made our trip with two large dogs smooth and easy. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. We had a first-floor room, which was perfect for taking our dogs in and out. The room was very spacious, with two queen beds and a separate living area with a couch and coffee table. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the fresh, crisp white bedding. The breakfast selection was also very good, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again, especially when traveling with our dogs!

The staff were great—very friendly and helpful! We stayed during FSU Parents Weekend and really appreciated the complimentary coffee and light breakfast. They also hosted a free happy hour on Friday and Saturday evenings with drinks and snacks for the parents, which was a really nice touch. My only complaint was the bathroom. The shower was showing its age and had quite a bit of mold, which made it look and feel dirty. It could definitely use some updating and a deeper cleaning. Other than that, we had a great stay and no complaints!

The rooms were not very clean and room service doesn’t clean your room, you supposed to request it and before 10am, which I was never told. Breakfast is ok, not much variety. Staff were good.
