"Hotel was great. Apart from the staff decide “when” they close the bar. We arrived back at 10.50 and decided to have one glass before bed and the bar staff had decided they wanted to go home and refused to serve us. The reception staff commented that it was open till midnight the day before? And we are residents. Even the duty manager tried to help but was flately met with a no."
