"The customer service rep Jock was so kind and accomadating, from arrival to our last day he made sure we enjoyed our visit. Great customer service is hard to find Jock is a gem. I must say the entire staff was pleasant and even the maintenance men, it seems like a great place to work. The hotel is located right in the center of everything. This will be my home anytime I visit Chi-town."

"Regina should receive more pay(that’s my 2 cents. She didn’t mention or ask me to say this about her pay)! She was everything!! Friendly, helpful and very informative. Peaceful location. I enjoyed the sounds of the city, ASMR for sure. The room was clean, the water pressure was perfect. Bed was comfortable and the pillows had the right amount of fluff!"

"We had a wonderful suite; the staff was very accommodating and friendly - from check in through to the doormen who were very helpful with directions, etc. when we exited the hotel for our daily adventures. Great menu in the dining room (breakfast and afternoon snacks) - and friendly bar. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."
