"Good breakfast, great staff! Pool was good hot tub jets need fixed a few weren’t working properly. Just in general an older building needing upgrades but eitherwise a good hotel. "

"We recently enjoyed a quick stay at the Clubhouse Hotel in Sioux Falls. The room was clean and spacious. The towels and pillows were excellent. The room itself could use an update. It didn't feel like the upscale hotel that it used to be several years ago. "

We had volleyball and had to be somewhere else at 7am and stopped in around 640am and staff instead of politely telling us that some buffet items weren’t ready hollered from her space to not eat any of the certain food items. Shower made noise when turning water to hot. Toilet ran so husband had to fix toilet but then next day it needed new equipment and continued to run. "

"There were a few maintenance issues with our room - the shelf holding towels fell down during the night and the desk chair arms were about to fall off. Breakfast was as usual - we stay here often for business so know what to expect. Front desk girl was as pleasant as anyone could ask for. "

I didn't think it was too bad, but also agreed that we'd drive to the restaurant we were going to instead of walking the distance of just under a mile. I do like the rooms at My Place properties...just well appointed & clean, which I appreciate. If I stay here in the future, I'd ask for a room opposite of the southwest corner where our room was. Traffic was LOUD & was loud all night long!! "
