"Clean, helpful friendly staff. There was an annoying noise that we notify the front desk about the time they came up it had stopped, but then it started again and stopped and then started again in the middle of the night and stopped. It kept us from getting a good night sleep."

"Room was clean and comfortable. One issue- the room is meant for two people, but there is only one single chair by the table and there is absolutely no other place for a second person to sit. We asked the attendant for a second chair, but he said it's not allowed and there is no room for it - which is not true. Some rooms have 2 chairs, but others don't - you book double room and don't know what you get. It's a very small change that would make a big difference."

The walls were all banged up and looked gross and I was afraid of what might get on me in the bed. We were in the 3rd floor and maybe they haven’t worked on that floor yet. The floorboards were gone and the wallpaper was tearing. I would not stay there again if other options were available."

"Fridge , stove, microwave, ac were good. I cleaned the room the first hour and half I was there. No one is at guest area after 10pm until some time the next morning. Hallways only get very little spot sweeping. Didn’t see a vacuum. Halls in bad shape. Entrance glass terrible this is the first impression it should be maintained, stairwells have not seen a broom or mop in I don’t know how long. Was not a good experience. Could see roach bait under all counters in rooms too. I would never put a child in these rooms. Pet rooms are not separated there fore my allergies were horrible trying to sleep."
