"Dani who checked us in was amazing. I told her we were celebrating my birthday so she managed to provide us a room overlooking the Thames. After a long day of walking around, we came back to cake and prosecco which was a lovely touch. The staff were lovely, the view was spectacular, the location was perfect! A really lovely stay! "Our stay at the Park Plaza County Hall was great! The biggest selling point is definitely the location—it is truly perfect for exploring London. We were within easy walking distance of so many major attractions, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. Walkable attractions nearby include: • The London Eye • Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament • Westminster Abbey • The South Bank (for the National Theatre and cultural centers) • SEA LIFE London Aquarium • The London Dungeon Beyond the attractions, the transportation links are superb. The hotel is a short, easy walk from Waterloo Station, which offers multiple tube lines (Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern, and Waterloo & City) and mainline train services, making it effortless to get anywhere else in the city. Service was also very good! Every single member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely tried their best to make our stay great. We would absolutely stay here again!"
